Always learning
Curiosity and open-mindedness are foundations to my design process and personal growth. Without a commitment to critical thinking, active listening, and learning, we miss out on the best opportunities.
Collaboration & communication
I believe design is a team sport, and that the best solutions come from diverse perspectives, ideas, and efforts. Cross-collaboration throughout the design process is imperative to success.
Thinking big — and small
Working in design requires attention to detail, but it also means keeping in mind long-term goals and vision. Both perspectives are needed in balance to achieve human-centered digital experiences as well as business goals.
Embrace ambiguity
No two design projects are alike, and the design process is intended to be non-linear. I’ve learned to adapt quickly, remain agile, and thrive despite uncertainty.
